“Juice was a prolific artist who dedicated his life to making music,” a statement on social media said at the time. “Choosing how to share his upcoming music with the world has been no easy feat. Honoring the love Juice felt for his fans while shining a light on his talents and his spirit are the most important parts of this process to us.”
One month later, Juice’s team dropped another single. “Tell Me U Luv Me” features a collaboration with Trippie Redd and marks the second song off the record.
Juice was featured on Eminem’s surprise album Music To Get Murdered By with an appearance on the track “Godzilla.” The song marked the first posthumous release from Juice WRLD following his death in December, 2019. The song peaked at number three on the charts.

Released alongside the album announcement is a new single with Halsey entitled “Life’s a Mess,” marking the two’s latest collaboration following “Without Me (Remix)” in 2019. “This Friday we will be honoring the life and art of Juice Wrld by releasing his album, Legends Never Die,” his estate wrote on Instagram. “We feel that this collection of 15 songs best represents the music Juice was in the process of creating. The album shines a light on the collaborators that meant so much to Juice and deeply impacted his musical process. Juice dedicated his music to his fans and, now more than ever, we hope this album brings some reprieve to everyone during these unsettling times. Please join us in celebrating Juice’s life by enjoying this album. Juice’s legacy will live forever; Legends Never Die.”
In January 2020, reports claimed that the late rapper’s estate was sorting through 2,000 unreleased songs for a posthumous album after around 26 songs were leaked on a now-suspended Soundcloud account. His first posthumous single “Righteous” was then released in late April, followed by a collab with The Kid LAROI in mid-June.

To kick things off, the first single, "Life Is a Mess," arrived featuring past collaborator Halsey.
After pairing up on the pop singer's 2019 remix to "Without Me," the emo-tandem reunited on the Rex Kudo and Charlie Handsome-produced track. The new love-laden record "Life Is a Mess" serves as Juice's third single, following "Righteous" and the Trippie Redd-assisted "Tell Me U Luv Me."
Along with Legends Never Die, Juice WRLD fans also can expect a hearty merch collaboration between the "Lucid Dreams" crooner and gaming organization FaZe Clan. Based on Juice's love for video games and paintballing, the latest collection will include graphic tees, hoodies, and more.
Juice had a huge impact on my life personally, and the fact that we get the chance to work with this team on this drop for his posthumous album is really, really special," says Adapt."We hung out and went paintballing once last summer. After that we talked a couple times over the phone, thru text, and we made plans about hanging out again: playing Call of Duty, going paintballing again. I was really looking forward to it."
